Private Parties

-WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
All private parties must be booked a week in advance. There is a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 25 people to allow for proper spacing on paint parties and minimum of 8 people and max of 16 people for mat parties. All bookings are held on Monday-Thursday 7pm-9pm, Friday 7pm-11pm, Saturday 4pm-11pm or Sunday 10am-9pm. All deposits are final or transferrable to a different date.
Private parties held in a remote location are available for a $50 travel fee plus $25 per person participant fee. The type of party must be booked 2 weeks in advance. All you and your guest would have to do is show up ready to have a good time. As the host of the party, you will be able to choose 2 designs for you all to paint. These designs could be made up by you or you can select images from our website (additional images will incur a $5 charge per additional design).

Each private party requires at least 10 people or a maximum of 25.

-THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
To book a private party, a $50 deposit is required and this amount will go towards your total party cost. This is a nonrefundable deposit, but it can be transferred. The remainder of the funds will be collected 24 hours before your party!

-We provide the venue for free of charge, but if you want us to bring the party to you there will be a travel free of $50
-We will currently travel to the Dallas/Fort Worth area
-The mat sized prices listed above are for the smaller mats. We have large mats available for an extra charge.
-We do not provide other decorations
-We do not provide food
-No children allowed unless painting
