I’m KimRenae—an entrepreneur, creator, storyteller, and woman who has learned that growth sometimes looks like building, sometimes looks like rebuilding, and sometimes looks like finally giving yourself permission to become everything you were meant to be.

I’ve never believed I had to fit into one box. I can be creative and professional. Soft and strong. Strategic and spontaneous. A business owner, a mother, a woman with vision, and still someone who is learning, evolving, and creating a life that feels authentic to me.

I Am KimRenae was created as a home for all of those pieces.

For more than 20 years, I built a career in Human Resources, working with people, solving problems, navigating change, and helping others move forward. That experience shaped the way I lead, communicate, and build today. But I also knew there was a creative side of me that needed room to breathe.

That creativity became Embroidered Stitch by Stitch, where I turn ideas into custom apparel, embroidery, school spirit wear, business branding, and pieces designed to help people represent what matters to them.

My love for celebrations and unforgettable experiences grew into Mrs. Twister Photo Booth, a brand created to bring energy, personality, laughter, and memories to special events.

And then there is Sip & Spill the Tea, my space to talk. A place for real conversations about relationships, life, entrepreneurship, growth, culture, and the topics people are already discussing with their closest friends behind closed doors.

Each brand is different, but every one of them represents a part of me.

One allows me to create.

One allows me to celebrate.

One allows me to speak.

Together, they make up the world of I Am KimRenae.

My journey has taught me that you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. You just have to be willing to start, learn, adjust, and keep moving. Some of my greatest growth has come from seasons that required me to reinvent myself, trust my own vision, and stop waiting for permission to pursue the things that were already inside of me.

Today, I’m building with intention.

I’m creating things that feel like me. I’m choosing opportunities that allow me to grow. I’m making room for new ideas, new conversations, new experiences, and whatever comes next.
